Change them whenever there are serious signs of deterioration; they will seldom be worn for a whole year. Usually, when used day by day, rubber footwear will not last you that long. Yet, the fact that they are low cost indeed, would not make the expense noteworthy. Replace the garden shoes if they have cuts or holes because you'll get soaked.
